ON TIME, WITH CLARITY

Privacy Policy

Your information deserves clear explanations. Learn how customer accounts, product inquiries and essential store services handle the information you choose to share.

Information covered by this notice

This notice describes how OnTime Systems handles information through its online catalogue, customer-account features, product reviews and communication tools. It applies to this store. Websites or services reached through external links have their own privacy practices.

You may browse the catalogue and ask for a quotation without creating an account. Please share only the information needed for your request. Never submit your bank password, card PIN, email password or authentication codes through a product review or general inquiry.

Customer accounts and Google sign-in

When you create an account, we use your name, email address and the information needed to authenticate you. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes rather than readable passwords. Email activation and password reset use links that expire and are intended for a single use.

If you choose Google sign-in, we request basic profile and email information and use the Google account identifier to recognize your account. We do not receive your Google password. Connecting Google to an existing store account requires signing into that store account first; matching an email address alone does not connect the accounts.

Why information is used

We use account information to provide access to the account, confirm email ownership, respond to support requests and protect sign-in. Information provided in a quotation inquiry is used to understand the requested products and communicate with you about the inquiry.

Operational messages, such as activation, password recovery and account welcome emails, relate to the service you requested. Creating an account is not an agreement to receive unrelated marketing messages. Any additional marketing arrangement should be presented separately.

Cookies, sessions and saved products

Necessary session cookies associate security checks and saved selections with the correct browser. A session may also identify a signed-in customer. Administrator sessions are separate from customer sessions. Session identifiers should not be shared with other people.

Wishlist products are currently saved in the browser session. Signing into an account does not imply that these selections are synchronized across devices. Clearing browser cookies, using a different browser or letting the session expire may remove access to those browser-based selections.

Product inquiries and WhatsApp

A product quotation link prepares a WhatsApp message containing the selected product name and its store page address. Sending the message is your choice. A conversation may then include the details needed to confirm compatibility, availability, delivery and the quotation.

WhatsApp operates independently and processes messages under its own terms and privacy practices. Review a message before sending it and avoid including unnecessary personal information. A store button does not give us access to your unrelated WhatsApp conversations.

Reviews and public information

A published product review can show the submitted display name, star rating, review text and date. Choose a display name that you are comfortable making public. Do not include telephone numbers, home addresses, payment details or information about another person.

Submitted reviews are assessed before publication. We may withhold or remove content that is irrelevant, abusive, misleading, unlawful or exposes personal information. Contact the store if a published review includes information you believe should be corrected or removed.

Technical records and abuse prevention

The service can process technical details such as request times, error information and connection information to diagnose faults and protect forms and sign-in. Rate limits help reduce repeated automated attempts. Account security counters use hashed identifiers rather than storing the raw email address and connection address in the rate-limit table.

Access to operational information should be limited to the people and service providers who need it for store operation and support. No internet service can guarantee that every technical or security risk is eliminated.

Email delivery and service providers

Account emails are delivered through the configured email service. To deliver a message, that service necessarily receives its recipient address and message content. Pending account-email payloads are encrypted in the store queue and cleared after successful sending or expiry.

Some operational services may process information outside the store hosting environment. We do not describe an external provider as having a particular certification, location or guarantee unless that arrangement has been confirmed.

External links, social sharing and documents

Sharing buttons open services such as Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp or your email application. A share action can include the product page address and product name. External PDF datasheets may be hosted by a manufacturer or another independent provider.

Opening these destinations can disclose ordinary connection information to their operators. Check the destination and its privacy notice before submitting personal information. Product links and share buttons do not grant access to your social account credentials.

Retention, correction and deletion requests

We retain information for the purpose for which it was collected, the operation and security of the service and any applicable obligations. Expired security links cannot be used to authenticate. Account records and publicly displayed review content have different purposes and may require separate handling.

You may contact OnTime Systems using the current store contact details to ask about information you supplied, request correction or request deletion. We may need enough information to verify ownership and locate the relevant record. We do not need your password to assess a privacy request.

Your choices and account safety

You can choose whether to register, use Google sign-in, submit a review or open an external communication service. You can sign out from My account. Password reset changes the account authentication version so older customer-account sessions no longer remain authorized.

Use a unique password and keep your email account secure. If you suspect unauthorized account activity, change your password and contact the store. Disabling cookies may prevent sign-in, saved selections or security checks from functioning correctly.

Changes and how to contact us

This notice may be updated when store features or operational arrangements change. The date displayed above identifies this published version. The contact information displayed in the store footer is the current channel for questions about this notice.

Please identify the relevant account email, page or request when contacting us, without sending passwords or private security links. We will assess the request and explain any additional information needed to handle it.
